This project was for one of the auto customer which we made 60+ sets of A pillar(up/lower & Left/Right side)from Vacuum Casting(Silicone Moulding,Silicone Molding,Silicone Tooling,Cast Urethane).Matte Black painting finish only. We did it by CNC machining the master and Silicone Molding with copies. Which quality is good and the price and lead time is much attractive. We finally offered the CMM inspection report for our customer.
