This project was for one of the auto customer which we made 60+ sets of B pillar(up/lower & Left/Right part).Black painting finish only. We did it by CNC machining the ABS master and Silicone Molding(Silicone Moulding,Silicone Molding,Silicone Tooling,Cast Urethane) with copies. Which quality is good and the price and lead time is much attractive. We finally offered the 3D report for our customer.

Material: ABS and 8150(copies) Tolerance:+/-0.3mm,QTY: 66 sets,

Process: CNC milling Machining and Vacuum casting(cast urethane)

Finish: Polishing and Painting Matte Black

Lead Time: 30 days.
