An aluminum prototype project for our bicycle client

This is an aluminum prototype project we did for a client. It is about fine cnc machined aluminum parts and black anodised finish,it is a functional&cosmetic part so the surface treatment is required. And we have conclude the general process as below(some picture are missing):

1.Programming. This cost several hours(for there were some items all together).

2.CNC milling machining(This usually cost some days).

3.Quality Checking(We do this regularly during the machining process to make sure the parts are all within the tolerance).

4.Polishing & Anodising(this is 120# grit bead blasting with black anodised process,this cost 1 day).

5.Quality inspection(This is the final dimension/tolerance and appearance inspection process to make sure all parts are good).

6.Packaging(To protect the part safe during the shipping).

7.Shipping(This usually cost 3-5 natural days).
